The standard base for nicotine liquids is as follows:

45% of Propylene glycol, 1.2 Propanediol

40% of vegetable glycerin

10% of ethanol

05% of Distilled H2O

These proportions generally vary and are completely adaptable depending on the quantities required by the client.

In addition to the authorised food flavourings, 5% (tobacco flavourings) or 10% (all other flavourings) is added to the above mixture.
