It has an intellivolt chip, which is responsible for keeping the ballast on even if we have voltage spikes or small fluctuations, as long as they are between 200v and 270V. It also has a thermal protection system that prevents the ballast from burning out and a lamp end-of-life detector.

– Special LEC reflector for growing with ceramic light. Inside it is made of two types of high reflection aluminum. The mirror-like parts give a reflection of 98% and its corners with textured stucco aluminum give a 95%. This combination of two different aluminums is a new reflection technique that improves the uniformity of the light.

The exterior of the Sunsystem LEC reflector is made of white baked steel. It is super durable, has ventilation grilles and brackets to hang in any closet or grow room.

The position of the bulb in this model is vertical, so it is important that it is always perpendicular to the ground. For this purpose, the Sunsystem LEC reflector has a built-in double bubble level.

LEC lamps, together with the design of the LEC reflector, reduce heat drastically, which is why it is not necessary for the luminaire to have thermal glass. The reflector for LEC is open, meaning without glass so that we do not lose a single lumen before reaching the plants.
