Hollands Hope is a legendary strain, one of the first to be fully acclimatized and cultivated outdoors in Holland in the early 1980s. Hollands Hope is characterized by its resistance to mold and by being a tough and reliable variety that is ready to harvest towards the end of September or beginning of October, after about eight weeks of flowering.

This is a quality indica strain that has been selected to withstand the Dutch climate outdoors, but which also grows well in other climates. Plants typically reach between one and two metres in height. This is a very productive indica strain with a powerful narcotic effect and has been one of our favourite outdoor strains from the start.

The plants can yield between 100 and 1,000 grams each depending on the growing conditions. Be careful not to overfeed Holland Hope as this can encourage too many leaves to sprout and decrease bud production. Buds usually reach fifty centimetres in length and have many small leaves.

Hollands Hope has been a reliable and productive outdoor strain for many years, it is quite sweet when smoked and the potent high leaves you feeling high, which is appreciated by recreational smokers and medical users alike. The high lasts a good two hours. Many outdoor growers have been growing Hollands Hope for years. Under optimal conditions the plants develop into large, highly productive bushes with lots of side branches. This is a strain that has been endorsed by a whole generation of outdoor growers.
