The process is a bit costly if you have a lot of material to press, but if you want to press on a one-off basis, this press is your right choice.

Unscrew the two caps and place only one of them slightly so that it does not pop out when pressing. Insert one of the cylinders, then the material to be pressed and then the other cylinder. Close everything with the other cap and press by screwing the two caps until you can no longer. Finally, unscrew the two caps and insert your finger through either end to remove the cylinder and the tablet.

Being a short tube allows for easy cleaning after use, so you will always have it clean for future pressing.
