This is an easy task if you use the Bluelab Truncheon! To take readings from a solution, simply immerse the probe head in the solution for 1-2 minutes until the same temperature as the solution is reached. Remove from the solution and reinsert as indicated by the LEDs.

Rinse the probe under clean, running water once a week to ensure the Truncheon Nutrient Meter remains calibrated and accurate.

This meter does not need to be calibrated and is also an ideal tool for stirring nutrients into solution.
