Black Pearl is an organic product, presented as a homogenized powder that seeks to strengthen soils by restoring nutrients. Black Pearl contains nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium to stimulate plant growth, larger root systems, vigorous flowering and improved drought resistance. This product also has the benefits of a technical grade soluble kelp (seaweed) extract.
Black Pearl is high in organic matter, most of which comes from charcoal, a long-lasting soil additive. This product should be pre-mixed with the medium or sprinkled directly under the transplant root ball. It is not soluble in water and should not be used with recirculating hydroponic systems.
Instructions for use:
The best way to apply Black Pearl is by mixing it into the substrate or when transplanting to soil or soilless growing medium. To recondition media, apply 25ml per 1L to the soil/growing medium. For transplants, sprinkle 3 tbsp. (45ml) directly under the roots and work the soil in lightly. Water thoroughly and place the plant in the transplant hole. Black Pearl can be used as a surface application, but will be most effective when applied deeper into the growing medium/soil.
