SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICIES.

We ship to Spain (Peninsula)
- Your order will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 24 to 48 hours since payment confirmation is made.
- If you place your order during the weekend or after 8:00 p.m. or on holidays, your order is processed the next business day.
- Cash on delivery is not allowed outside the Peninsula.
Dispatch time.
After confirmation of payment for your purchase, we immediately process your order. If you place your order outside of our business hours, your order will be processed the next day. Orders are not processed on Holidays or Sundays.
The estimated shipping time for an order is 24-48 hours for the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla take time 5-7 days.
Standard Shipping Price
- The standard shipping price is 8€.
- Each shipping package is determined by volume measurements not exceeding 50cm x 50cm x 50cm or failing that, a weight of less than 15kg.
If you exceed the average weight you will be subject to an increase in the shipping price.
- Shipping is free from 100€ in your purchases.
Cash on delivery shipments
- For Cash on Delivery shipments, payment for your order must be made cash to the delivery person when you receive your order. This type of paid service has a price of 4€. When processing a cash on delivery order you agree to pay the respective amount regardless of whether you later refuse to receive it.
Cash on delivery orders will be confirmed by telephone call to verify shipment. If the customer cannot be contacted to confirm the shipment, it will be delayed until the customer can be contacted by phone. If after several calls we are unable to contact the customer, the company reserves the option of canceling the order.
