Big Bang is a short, wide and very bushy plant, well suited for indoor and outdoor cultivation – in fact, it is wider than it is tall. It is a perfect candidate for the ScrOG method and a great choice for commercial growers. Big Bang is ready to harvest in 8 weeks, with yields of up to 800g/m², but give it an extra week and the body effects will be more pronounced. A word of warning: Skunk is very much present in the “aroma” of this strain – or rather, this strain will stink up your entire house, so you will need to make sure your ventilation system and carbon filters are in top condition. Outdoors, plants reach full maturity in late September, with each plant producing up to 1kg.

Big Bang produces thick, candle-like buds, with a multitude of orange stigmas and covered in a myriad of resin glands. The well-cured final product should be savoured with care, because the smoke expands in the lungs and if you take a drag too deeply you may end up coughing out your lung. Approximately 18-20% of the yield is pure THC, around 0.1% CBD and 0.3% CBN, but despite the high amount of THC, the effects are more physical than cerebral.
