An ozone generator (ozonizer) is capable of producing ozone - a triatomic molecule containing three oxygen atoms - artificially, by generating a high electrical voltage (called "corona effect") that produces ozone and, collaterally, negative ions. Ozone generation has applications in the elimination of bad odors and air disinfection.
Ozone: Unlike scented deodorants, it oxygenates the microorganisms or contaminants that cause odor and eliminates them permanently.
At the back of the ozonizer there is an outlet, which can be used either to apply ozone to the water with the help of a diffuser stone, or to release it into the environment or to inject the ozone into the extraction duct. In this case it is always recommended to inject the ozone into the duct after the extractor, trying to have 8 meters of duct in which the ozone can mix with the stale air.
